pktk9 Terms and Conditions

1. General Information and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the pktk9 platform and all of its services. pktk9 operates an online gaming and sports betting platform for users in Bangladesh.

These terms may be available in both English and Bengali. The Bengali version shall take precedence in matters of interpretation. These terms must be read together with pktk9's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are considered part of these terms.

By accessing or registering on the pktk9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with each clause of these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

3. Account Registration and Management

Each individual may open only one pktk9 account. Creating multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or under the name of the same household member is strictly prohibited.

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Valid mobile number and email address
• Current residential address

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pktk9 platform:

• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.

• Filing chargebacks or disputed transactions through payment methods.

If any of the above activities are detected, pktk9 may immediately terminate the account, forfeit all winnings, and take legal action if necessary.

All bets placed on pktk9 are final and generally cannot be changed after placement. The following rules apply to all games:

• Bets executed due to a technical error will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• The result stored on the game provider's server shall be considered final.
• pktk9 is not responsible for game interruptions caused by loss of internet connection; however, stakes for incomplete rounds are generally refunded.
• It is assumed that the player has placed bets of their own free will.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Losses or missed opportunities caused by internet connection disruptions.

• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence in disclosing their password or account details.

9. Account Suspension, Closure and Termination
